Sam Rankin

Diligent, personable and driven, Sam Rankin is the Business Development Manager at Shoreline Property. He is focused on building lasting relationships with Northern Beaches property owners and helping landlords feel confident that their property is in capable hands.

A lifelong Northern Beaches resident, Sam has a genuine connection to the close-knit community and an in-depth understanding of its distinctive coastal lifestyle. Outside of work, he will be playing rugby or out on the course as a keen golfer and member of Cromer Golf Club. His involvement in local sport reflects the discipline, competitiveness and team-first attitude he brings to his work.

Sam also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Administration, with studies in Marketing Management and Psychology. His academic background, combined with his extensive experience working in hospitality and property investment, has shaped his approachable nature and strong work ethic, enabling him to understand people, communicate clearly and build genuine, long-lasting relationships.
