My experience with Karen has been outstanding from the very beginning of me renting my flat 3 years ago, Karen has always been on top of everything, always responsive and with her personal touch that is so rare with real estate agencies. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, caring, and approachable guiding me through every step of the process with professionalism and understanding. I was lucky to be in a position to buy the property I was renting and this happened thanks to Karen who approached the landlady even though another agency was involved and she negotiated my offer truly going above and beyond to help me buy my dream home.
